Breakfast teas are usually blended from multiple places for uniformity of flavour. This one's single origin though, designed to celebrate the Assam ovenance.
Created in a highly selective blending process: we taste up to a thousand teas from the summer flush and select less than 1% for this blend. To achieve a character of strong body, deep ruby colour and malt / honey flavour.
