Royal Beluga Caviar

Iranian Royal Beluga belongs to the family of Acipenseridae. There are around 25 species. The most well-known are those that originate in the Caspian Sea, bordered by Iran, Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan. The majority of people know about Iranian Royal Beluga caviar. They are the ones that are the most sought-after and are thought of as the most exclusive. Beluga is found in the Caspian, Black, and Adriatic seas. It could be more than 100 years old, 7 meters long, and weigh up to 2 tons.
