Description
In the production of AGROBAR calamansi puree, fruits grown in the Mekong Delta (Vietnam) from September to December are used.
Calamansi is a hybrid of a mandarin tree with a kumquat. The fruits are aromatic and sour. It is very popular in the Philippines, where it is used in the preparation of many dishes.
ATTENTION! The puree has a liquid consistency.
