In the early fifties, it focused its activity on butter and Parmigiano Reggiano and soon becoming a leader in the sector. Ambrosi manufactures matures and sells Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano both in entire wheels as well as cut and packaged. It also produces and sells butter, mozzarella, and other fresh cheeses (e.g. ricotta). Ambrosi has a full and complete range of Italian Cheeses and it’s one of the few dairy Italian market leaders for both Italian hard cheese and Italian fresh cheese.
Cheese is the dairy product derived from milk, produced in a wide range of flavours, textures. And forms by coagulation of the milk protein casein. Comprises protein and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. It is valuable for its portability, long life, and high content of fat and protein. Also, it contains calcium and phosphorus. It is more compact and has a longer shelf life than milk, although for how long it will keep depends on the type; labels on packets often claim that it should consume within three to five days of opening. Look out for our various types of cheeses!
