Perfect for custard made with oil, vegan butter, vegan crumble, oil spuma.
Use : Dissolution at 60ºC with the fat product to be emulsified and let it cool.
Insoluble in water and alcohol.
Technical input : Gives volume.
The higher the dose, the firmer the texture.

10 g to 70 g per L
