• UHT sugared dairy cream for whipping use
• Ideal for cake and ice cream decoration and filling

Halaal and Kosher certified.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool place. Do not expose at more than 15⁰C for 12 months. After use store in refrigerator and use the product in 3 – 4 days. Do not freeze.

Water, Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Fats and Oils (26%) (fats: palm kernel; oils: sunflower), Sugar(11%), Stabilisers [ sorbitol syrup (E420), Hydroxipropyl cellulose (E463)], Milk protein (cow’s milk), Emulsifiers [(mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e), Soy Lecithin (E322)(soya), Lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472b)], Salt, Flavours, Colours: Carotene (E160a).
