In the production of AGROBAR mango puree, only the Alphonso mango variety is used. The fruits are grown in the Konkan region (Ratnagiri) of the state of Maharashtra, South Gujarat (Valsad) and some parts of South India (Mysore and Dharwad).
Alphonso Mango is known for its unique taste, aroma and color. Its dense but fibrous pulp provides a soft creamy consistency of the puree. The fruits are harvested exclusively in May - the most favorable period of the year for this, which allows you to get a product with the most intense taste and aroma, with the maximum content of natural sugars.
