Description
The Thieu variety is used to produce lychee puree, the fruits of which are grown in the provinces of Bac Giang and Hai Dong in Vietnam in June-July.
Lychee is an unusual fruit, unlike any other. Its appearance, consistency, taste and aroma make it a special component in various culinary ideas.
*It is possible to produce puree without adding sugar.
