Yuzu is a fruit plant of the genus Citrus. A product of natural hybridization of mandarin and Ichang lemon. Extremely popular in Japanese and Korean cuisines.
Its unique and very refreshing taste is its calling card. Spicy, fruity with an aroma similar to grapefruit and shades of mandarin and lime, yuzu intensely flavors all your culinary creations from the simplest to the most daring.
