Arabic Gum Powder derived from the Acacia Senegal tree in Africa and the Middle East, It is a fine white powder with a sweet, nutty taste. It has thickening, stabilizing and emulsifying properties. It’s a gluten-free, odourless and tasteless ingredient added to food in small quantities as a bulking agent to enrich, emulsify and stabilise them. Commonly used in nutritional bars.
