Gourmet cone ice has a thimble shape, which prevents the cubes from sticking together. This ice melts slowly and is the most compact of all types of ice. There are 4 sizes of cubes, they differ in size and weight - 8, 20, 39 and 60 g. Ice making technology using a horizontal evaporator and a spray system.
