It is the well-known 1:3 roll quality. Easy to shape and the end product dries, but does not dry out. Zeelandia produces almond marzipan according to the so-called warm method, better known as the Lübecker method. This is unique and has a number of great advantages. First of all, this produces an excellent taste and good workability. It also delivers an end product with a long shelf life, because very high temperatures are used. Zeelandia marzipan is made from carefully selected almonds. The white marzipan is in boxes of 6x2.5 kg.
