Description
This Fine Yellow Masa Taco corn flour is used to make Mexican style snacks as typical as Taco shells. It can be blended with the Coarse Yellow Masa Tortilla flour to obtain a thicker chip and to reduce blistering. This masa may be processed into different shapes and sizes, then baked and fried into the finished product. Free from cholesterol and trans fats.
