Cooking Instructions
Cooking Method: Deep-Fried
- Heat the cooking oil to 175°C.
- Once heated, carefully place the empanadas into the oil (do not move them around as they are delicate and may break).
- Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cooking Method: Air Fryer
- Incorporate the empanadas into the air fryer.
- Brush a bit of oil on the empanadas.
- Cook them in the air fryer until they turn golden (do not move them as they could break easily; empanadas are quite delicate)
