SPRAY SYSTEM
The water is constantly moving.
The water is sprayed into the shaped holes of a metal tray facing downwards.
The metal tray is part of the evaporator, when it has been cooled down, part of the sprayed water is frozen & the rest falls back into the pump, the water is sprayed again.
The ice is gradually formed in thin layers/ It leaves an open space. No gases are trapped. Crystal clear ice cubes.
When the tray is not cooled down, the ice cubes fall into the storage bin.
