AGROBAR raspberry puree is produced by blending. The main varieties of the blend are: Willamette, grown in the Serbian regions of Arilje and Kopaonik, as well as Polka and Heritage, grown in the south of the Voronezh region in the area of Pavlovsk.
We collect raspberries for our puree with the only berry-picking tractor in Russia, in one of the hottest areas of the Voronezh region. Everbearing, late-ripening raspberries are harvested in late August and September, which allows our puree to have one of the highest BRIX contents on the market.
