A minimum period of 02 working days is required from the date of handover of area(s) to Chef's Play after completing all preceding Civil, MEP and where relevant, Fit‐out works. Works to be completed by others include but may not be limited to floor, wall, ceiling finishes, isolation points for all electrical and plumbing services and termination for all mechanical/HVAC services.
